Packages will generally be dispatched within 1 day after confirmation of your order with us. Currently we can only process orders for delivery to addresses in Uganda by Motorbike (in Kampala & Surrounding areas), public Tax (areas further away from Kampala), & Public Bus (areas serviced by busses, Nairobi, Tanzania & Rwanda), however we are working so hard on smoothening our delivery process. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight & size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect all products.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
A delivery date for the Product(s) will be advised to you when your order has been confirmed by us if your address falls within Kampala. Any date for delivery outside Kampala will be stated on the confirmation of order as “To Be Advised” or “TBA”. We will require a signature at the time of delivery of the Product(s). If the purchaser is not present a person over the age of 18 years of age with the authority of the purchaser must be available to accept the delivery. If we are unable to make the delivery of the Product(s) on the agreed date because there is nobody at the delivery address then we will leave a card confirming that we have attempted delivery. It will then be your responsibility to contact us to arrange a new delivery date.
Where it has not been possible to deliver the Product(s) due to no fault on our part we reserve the right to make a charge for any further attempt to deliver the Product(s). The maximum charge we will make for any delivery, regardless of the number of Products which are the subject matter of that delivery, is USh 100,000 (One hundred Twenty thousand shillings) and we will agree the amount of the charge and any payment with you prior to attempting any further delivery of the Product(s).
